We proccess all orders on Sunday and Monday for Monday through Wednesday shipments. Any orders paid after Sunday will ship the following week.
Shipments are sent discretely from our parent company, Gems and Stems in Wisconsin, or from our warehouse in Colorado.
Any returns must be sent back in the same unused condition that they were received. We offer a 7-day equal item replacement only. Equal items may be exchanged for a different size.
